Exchange Policy

At Rang Jah, your satisfaction is our top priority. We desire the delivery of each order to a spotless condition and simplify the process of returns and exchanges. You receive our policy as a good direction and a clear mind to shop without any difficulties.

Return Window

At Rang Jah, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. You also have 7 days after delivery when you can demand a return. Check your order immediately, and correct the malfunctions in time. Any postretirement returns are not warranted; therefore, take immediate action.

Eligible Items

We currently accept returns or exchanges only in cases where the delivered item is damaged or if you received an incorrect product. This policy ensures that our customers receive products in perfect condition. Please note that sale items and discounted offers are not eligible for return or exchange, so we encourage careful selection during checkout.

Condition Requirements

The goods should be as received: they cannot be used, worn, or old tags and packaging should be present. Give the receipt or purchase evidence. In case you ship a package that does not meet these conditions, or you do it without permission, it will be declined.

How to Initiate a Return?

The process should be initiated by sending an email to customerservices@rangjah.pk. We will then send you instructions on how to ship it. These steps are followed to hasten processing.

Damages and Wrong Items

Check the order immediately after delivery. In case it is defective, damaged in transit, or ordered incorrectly, contact us. We shall evaluate the problem and schedule a replacement or any other resolution within a short time.

Exchanges

In order to exchange, refund the original item, according to our directives. As soon as we receive the return and accept it, we will ship the replacement. Our goal would be to deliver the right item on time.

Refunds

All refunds are relevant to paid orders. Once the item that is sent back is inspected, we will inform you that the money is refunded. The approved refunds are charged to the method of original payment within 10 business days. It should be noted that extra processing time may be introduced by banks or credit card issuers. Our group is also prepared to assist in case of any delays.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

As noted, sale items and special offers cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, customised or personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy helps us maintain high-quality standards and ensures that special items are handled appropriately.
