How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
In Pakistan, the delivery time normally takes 3-5 working days, with the size of your order and product availability being considered. Orders are completed in 24 hours and are usually set to be delivered on the next working day. It is necessary to add that the prompt delivery depends on the availability of products in stock and confirmation of payment. We can also ask them to verify further, in the event of a successful delivery process.
Are there delivery charges for my order?
Yes, the delivery fee varies depending on the overall cost of the order. Orders with PKR: 3,500 and above offer free shipping. Below PKR3,500 an order, a flat cost of PKR 150 delivery charge is paid. What happens if I am not available to receive my order?
Courier partners will make two attempts of being able to deliver in case you are not available. When submitting your order, please ensure that your address, country as well and area code are typed accurately. In case the second delivery is a failure, the package will be sent back to Rang Jah.
